To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unwashed, free of coffee oil or ground residue traces, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory safety inserts and engineering tamper seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Culinary Hygiene & Beverage-Contact Safety Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security, bio-cleanliness, and chemical purity across our close-contact beverage hardware network, any machine, presser, filter, or tamper that has been introduced to water, exposed to coffee grounds, or subjected to commercial cleaning operations cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom-fabricated machine panel dimensions or volume corporate office fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

Once your brewing hardware or logistics cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, pressure-seal check, and material finish audit to confirm its original structural integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days.
